The major streaming platforms pay somewhere around a third of a cent per stream, and you see that only after your distributor takes its share. Volume you cannot realistically reach is the only path to a living. Confirm figure + link a public source here
Generated tracks and generated images cost nothing to make and nothing to upload. To a recommendation engine they are indistinguishable from work that took you three years. You are competing on volume against something that has infinite volume.
Ask a platform exactly how your revenue is divided and you get a formula, a range, or a dashboard that reports pennies with no working shown. You cannot argue with a number you are not allowed to see.
None of that is a technology problem. It is a decision somebody made about who gets paid.
The mechanism

Audio, images, writing, 3D, craft — all of it goes into one place, under one account. Your work is tagged as human-made at the point of upload.
The revenue is divided at the moment of the transaction, not pooled and redistributed months later. Your percentage is published before you upload anything, so you agree to it in advance rather than discovering it afterwards. Confirm actual percentage + timing
You sign in with an email or a social account, the same as any other site. Afora generates the wallet in the background. There is no seed phrase to write down, no exchange to register with, no gas fee to work out. If you never want to hear the word blockchain again, you never have to. Confirm withdrawal to AUD + fees
The other mechanism
Anyone can type ‘no AI used’ under a post. Nobody checks it, so it means nothing. On Afora, human authorship is verified at upload and carried with the work everywhere it travels on the platform.

If you make music and also paint, you currently run two audiences on two platforms and neither one knows about the other half of your work. Here they are the same body of work under one name.
A listener can build an experience that puts your track underneath someone else's sculpture and a third artist's writing. Your work travels into rooms you would never have been invited into.
People arrive here to look for things. Nothing is pushed into a feed to hit an engagement target. When someone finds your work, they went and found it.

‘Is this an NFT thing?’
No. Nothing is minted, nothing is sold as a collectable, and there is no speculation. The blockchain part exists for one reason: so the split of money can be seen and cannot be quietly changed later. You will never be asked to buy anything.
‘Do I need a crypto wallet?’
No. You sign in with an email or a social account. The wallet is created for you in the background and you never have to look at it. No seed phrase, no exchange account, no gas fees.
‘Do I hand over my rights?’
No. You keep your copyright and your ownership. You license Afora to display and distribute your work on the platform, and you can withdraw it. Confirm exact licence terms + withdrawal process; must match the artist agreement word for word
‘How big is the audience right now?’
Small. We are not going to pretend otherwise. Afora is early, and the first artists on it will have more room and more influence over how it works than anyone who joins later. If you need an audience of millions today, you should stay where you are. If you want a say in how the next platform pays people, this is the window. Replace ‘small’ with a real number as soon as one exists
‘What does it cost me?’
Confirm: this must be answered on the page. Any pricing question left unanswered on a landing page is assumed to be bad news.
‘Who is behind this?’
Afora is a company registered in Melbourne, Australia, founded by Patrick and Pippa. Over time, decisions about the platform move to the people using it, through community governance. The revenue split is the one thing that stays fixed. Confirm ABN + one line each on who the founders are
